Paving the Digital Path: UX for Infrastructure Expansion Platform
For one of the biggest telecommunication companies in Europe, this project transformed complex fiber-optic (Glassfaser) construction planning into an actionable multi-role enterprise dashboard. The design supported the rollout of over 770,000 km of fiber, targeting 2.5 million new households annually, by simplifying cross-organizational workflows and ensuring data transparency.
